BMI doesn’t tell the full story.......
It only looks at height and weight, ignoring muscle mass, bone density, and overall body composition. That means athletes, active people, and even healthy individuals can be wrongly labeled as ‘overweight’ or ‘obese.’

If you actually want a more accurate picture of fat loss and progress, focus on methods that reflect real changes in your body:

1. Body Fat Percentage
Tracks how much of your weight is fat vs muscle—far more useful than a single number on a scale.

2. Progress Photos & Measurements
Waist, chest, arms, and visual changes show fat loss even when weight stays the same.

3. Strength & Performance
If you’re getting stronger, fitter, and more conditioned, your body is improving—regardless of BMI.

Focus on composition, not just weight.
