I will be running the canitrail ultra #3 on Saturday with Luke and Rey.
I will try and post some pictures and videos as we go so keep an eye on this page for updates.

Completed my first every TriDog this weekend at Box End Park. The atmosphere was amazing everyone so helpful and up for fun. Especially the guy who gave me an inner tube just before the first race when I found a puncture.
Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I just ran a gentle 10k around the Hole of Horcum, North Yorkshire, the weather was warm but dry with 20mph wind. This is the first run I have completed with the full compulsory kit for the upcoming Canitrail Ultra Marathon in wales. We met several sheep and a rather large highland cow.
