💚Extractions

The most common question I get asked on here is if I perform extractions as part of my treatments and the answer is a sweet short 🙅🏼‍♀️

No squeezing, picking or popping takes place in my facials. Extractions are not only a hugely uncomfortable experience, but they are a temporary, harsh, and potentially damaging method which forcibly blackheads.
Blackheads and blocked pores are a result of a build-up of excess oil, sebum and dirt. This should naturally be moved along by your lymphatic system but sometimes this can become blocked and stagnant. Targeted facial massage, Gua Sha and gentle neck exercises, coupled with some fabulous deep cleansing, can all help reawaken blood flow and drainage to get your rhythm flowing again. Naturally stimulating and detoxing without the eye-watering squeezing!
