This is what building a brand actually looks like at 11 PM on a Wednesday. Not the polished founder reel. Not the perfect lighting. Just me, my phone, my bookshelf, and roughly 47 takes to get a 30-second video right.

I still can't say my own company name half the time. I forget my own script. The cat walked in twice. My partner is now convinced I've lost it entirely.

Things I learned the hard way.
