In this short educational demonstration, I’m showing how I approach an M-shaped lip by working with the client’s natural anatomy rather than trying to change who they are.

Only a small amount of product was used—around half a millilitre—to refine shape, improve balance and maintain a soft, natural appearance.

The aim is always subtle enhancement, respecting the features that make someone uniquely them.

When it comes to lips, there is absolutely no need for over-enhancement.

By preserving your natural lip shape and adding just a subtle amount of volume and hydration, we can create a result that looks beautifully refreshed without changing your identity.

For this client, I used just 0.5ml of dermal filler:
• 0.25ml in the upper lip
• 0.25ml in the lower lip

The result is soft, balanced, naturally hydrated lips that still look like her—just a little fresher and more confident.

You don’t have to dramatically change your appearance to love what you see in the mirror. Sometimes, the smallest enhancement makes the biggest difference.

This transformation is the result of several months of carefully planned treatments, combining dermal filler, anti-wrinkle injections (Botox), and PDO threads to restore structure, improve support, and create a fresher, more rested appearance—without changing who she is.

Rather than chasing one area, we looked at the face as a whole.
