T Minerals - Natural Makeup

What happens if you use contaminated makeup brushes… 😳🤢🔬

Using dirty brushes can lead to:
* Breakouts and clogged pores
* Eczema flare up (Very experienced with this LOL 😢)
* Skin infections
* Eye infections (if used near eyes)
* In rare cases, more serious irritation if harmful bacteria are present

How to prevent it?

* Wash brushes at least once a week (more often for foundation and concealer).
* Use gentle soap or brush cleanser
* Let them dry completely before reuse
* Store them in a clean, dry place away from the toilet

I’ve come up with a simpler solution which could prevent further skin irritation… follow for part 2! 🥰🧡

If you have hypersensitive and very reactive skin, here is a list of ingredients in makeup that I would avoid! 😰❌. Avoid makeup that contains…
1) Fragrances even those labels as “unscented” because the term does not mean the product is free of fragrance chemicals. look for “fragrance free” instead.
2) Preservatives like Parabens can trigger redness, itching, and excess swelling in skin already compromised by eczema.
3) Synthetic dyes are common chemical irritants.
4) Metallic (non pure) minerals like Bismuth Oxychloride is particularly bad for eczema for SO MANY REASONS. it’s structure consists of sharp, needle-like edges that physically irritate the skin… I’ll be sharing another Reel to dive deeper into why 😳.

In T Minerals makeup you will never find these ingredients and we do the best we can to reduce the risk of skin irritation as much as possible 🥰🙏🏽

About Me:
I'm Tahindri (family & friends call me Tasha), and I'm passionate about creating Makeup that is Suitable for Eczema and Hyper-Sensitive Skin! I've been on this creative journey for a few years now and it's been an incredible (yet crazy and stressful at times) ride so far.

What Inspires Me:
As cliche as this may sound nature, walks with my dog Mango, my family and my personal journey with Chronic Eczema for over 27 years influence my work and inspire me.

Favourite Creation:
One of my all-time favourite creations is my T Minerals Pure Mineral Foundation. It holds a special place in my heart because for years it was a struggle to wear foundations that did not aggravate my skin.

Fun Random Facts:
I'm only 5ft, absolutely love the colours pink and orange and, I absolutely adore all dogs (despite my several allergies haha)
