People often think you need to be a professional to massage your face, but you really don’t. Your hands are the best tools you have. They’re always with you, and they’ll naturally tell you where you’re holding tension and what feels good.

I always encourage my clients to spend just a few minutes each day on their face, neck and décolletage. It doesn’t need to be perfect or follow a strict routine. Gentle, consistent massage helps wake up the skin, ease tight muscles, boost circulation and leave everything looking and feeling fresher. The more you do it, the more you’ll notice the difference.

A sculpting facial designed to support facial contour, tension release, and overall skin vitality through three key areas: lymphatic drainage, fascial release, and buccal massage.

Inspired by Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique, treatment begins by supporting the body’s natural drainage pathways through the chest, neck, shoulders, and scalp to help reduce puffiness, stagnation, and fluid retention.

Fascial techniques work to soften restriction within the tissue, improving movement, circulation, and overall facial ease, while buccal massage targets deep tension held through the jaw, cheeks, and mouth for a more lifted, relaxed appearance.

Each treatment is tailored intuitively on the day, creating results that feel both visibly sculpting and deeply restorative.

Sunday Skin Ritual

One of the biggest things I talk about with clients is consistency. A gentle enzyme once a week helps support the skin’s natural shedding process without compromising the barrier, and following with a nourishing mask gives the skin the support it needs.

Healthy skin isn’t built in one treatment it’s the small things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.

Custom prescription serums allow us to support skin properly, using intentionally selected actives and tailored percentages based on what your skin actually needs now.

For some that means barrier repair. For others, it’s pigmentation support, managing menopausal changes that show up in the skin, inflammation reduction or rejuvenation.

This is skincare that evolves with you.

Introducing digital skin imaging: a new way to understand your skin.

Aura is a tool I’ve brought in, not to replace expertise, but to enhance it.

For new clients, it allows us to create a detailed baseline from the very beginning of your skin journey, helping guide every recommendation with greater confidence.

For existing clients, it’s an opportunity to see the progress that can be difficult to notice day to day. Together, we’ll be able to track meaningful changes, from improved skin resilience following microneedling to reduced redness, refined texture and the results of consistent skincare and bespoke treatments over time.

It’s another layer of understanding, that allows us to follow your unique skin journey with even greater clarity.
