Corrective lip filler case from previous filler done elsewhere.

Main concerns before correction:
• Oversized tubercle (central lip prominence)
• Significant lip dryness and wrinkling
• Asymmetrical lower lip cherries placed too far apart and too close to the corners of the mouth
• Upper lip disproportionately larger than the lower lip
• Noticeable filler migration above and below the lips
• Previous filler overflowing outside the natural lip border
• When smiling, the heavy central upper lip was covering the teeth, creating an appearance similar to missing teeth during expression

After correction:
• Softer and more balanced smile
• Teeth become more visible and aesthetically framed when smiling
• Reduced lip wrinkling and dryness appearance
• Dissolved migrated filler from both upper and lower lip areas almost entirely
• Improved overall lip harmony with a softer and more natural shape

For the lower lip cherries:
Previous uneven filler was dissolved and corrected before reshaping.
Instead of creating overly large “ball-like” cherries, the focus was placed on achieving a softer and more natural appearance that still looks beautiful when smiling — without becoming excessive.

Regarding the lifted mouth corners:
This case still benefited from a subtle corner lift to reduce a naturally downturned expression. However, it was intentionally kept conservative, as excessive corner lifting may create long-term shape imbalance and unnatural results in the future.

Future plan for this case:
The next stage will focus on carefully improving the upper lip lines and texture to reduce wrinkling and create a fuller yet softer appearance, based on what was most suitable for this client’s natural anatomy.

This client’s lip structure was not suitable for an overly dramatic Korean-style or highly projected lip shape.

Lip design should always consider:
• Smile dynamics
• Original lip tissue
• Facial harmony
• Natural movement and proportions

—not simply trends alone.

This client also has some natural pigment loss in certain areas of the lips, which can visually make the lips appear uneven in some angles. Because of this, lip blush tattooing/pigment restoration was recommended for the future.

We do not provide this treatment at our clinic, but we were happy to recommend another trusted Thai artist/provider for this service 🥰🙏

เคสแก้ไขปัญหาปากจากการฉีดมาจากที่อื่นค่ะ

ปัญหาเดิมของเคสนี้:
• Tubercle (ติ่งกลางปาก) ใหญ่เกินไป
• ปากมีความเหี่ยวและแห้งค่อนข้างมาก
• Cherry ของปากล่างเบี้ยวและอยู่ห่างกันมากเกินไป จนเกือบชิดมุมปาก
• สัดส่วนปากบนใหญ่กว่าปากล่างมากเกินไป ทำให้ปากดูไม่ได้สมดุล
• มีปัญหา Filler Migration ค่อนข้างเยอะ ทั้งบริเวณเหนือริมฝีปากและใต้ริมฝีปาก
• ฟิลเลอร์เดิมมีความล้นออกนอกกรอบปาก
• เวลายิ้ม ติ่งกลางปากลงมาบังฟัน ทำให้เหมือนฟันดูหายหรือฟันหลอเวลายิ้ม

หลังปรับแก้:
• รอยยิ้มดูเปิดและสวยขึ้น
• มองเห็นฟันชัดเจนขึ้นเวลายิ้ม
• ลดความเหี่ยวของริมฝีปาก
• สลายฟิลเลอร์ในบริเวณที่เกิด Migration ออกไปเกือบทั้งหมด
• ปรับสมดุลของรูปทรงปากให้ดูละมุนและเป็นธรรมชาติมากขึ้น

ในส่วนของเชอรี่ของปากล่าง
จัสสลายของเก่าที่เบี้ยว และไม่สมมาตรออกให้ค่ะ
และทำให้ใหม่ ที่ไม่เน้นลูกใหญ่จนเป็นก้อน
แต่เน้นความธรรมชาติ
ที่ไม่มากจนเกินไป
เอาให้ตอนยิ้มแล้วพอสวยงามค่ะ

ในส่วนของการยกมุมปาก
เคสนี้ยังมีความจำเป็นต้องยกมุมปากเล็กน้อย เพื่อช่วยลดลุคหน้าบึ้ง แต่เลือกยกอย่างพอดีและเหมาะสม เนื่องจากการยกมากเกินไป อาจสร้างปัญหาเรื่องทรงปากในระยะยาวได้มากกว่าความสวยงาม

แผนในอนาคตของเคสนี้:
จะเน้นเติมร่องปากบริเวณริมฝีปากบน
อย่างเหมาะสม ไม่มากไป
เพื่อช่วยลดความเหี่ยวและปรับทรงให้ดูมีความฝอ
(Full & Soft) มากขึ้นตามที่จัสแนะนำค่ะ

เนื่องจากโครงสร้างปากของเคสนี้ ไม่เหมาะกับทรงปากสายเกาหลีหรือเอเชียๆที่ชัดหรือเชิดมากเกินไป

แนะนำให้คำนึงถึง
ความเหมาะสมกับองค์ประกอบอื่นๆของใบหน้าค่ะ เช่น รอยยิ้ม การยิ้ม เนื้อปากเดิม และเข้ากับหน้า มากกว่าการตามเทรนด์เพียงอย่างเดียวค่ะ

** เคสนี้มีปัญหาจากการที่ pigment ของสีปากตามธรรมชาติหายด้วยจึงทำให้ดูเหมือนปากไม่เท่ากัน
ในบางตำแหน่ง จึงได้แนะนำให้มีเรื่องของการฝังสีปากด้วยในอนาคตค่ะ
