For our main meeting in March, join us for a peaceful evening of mindfulness and meditation led by Per Norrgren.
You will learn
• To recognize how often our minds run on autopilot, and practice bringing mindfulness to present-moment experience.
• Skills in how to pay attention.
• A range of formal and informal mindfulness practices and exercises.
• Keeping our balance through life’s ups and downs, responding skilfully when difficulties arise, engaging with what is most important to us, and opening up to moments of joy, contentment, and gratitude. We learn to flourish.

Join us for a relaxing aromatherapy workshop this Valentine’s Day
With the pollution that is destroying the planet, we need to be mindful of what we put in the earth as well as in our bodies.
By using organic products as well as aromatherapy oils, will teach us how to incorporate these into our home and beauty routines.

❤️ Spend Valentine’s Day with us and treat yourself to some aromatherapy ❤️
For our main meeting in February we will be joined by from Nature’s Earth who will teach us about:
* The history of Aromatherapy
* How to safely mix your Aromatherapy Oils
* Which Aromatherapy Oils to use for your home and self
And we’ll have a go at making Bath bombs, bath salts and washing tablets.

You will also need to gather a few ingredients and equipment to bake along with Michelle. The recipe we are making is Lemon shortbread.
Recipe ingredients and equipment list
Makes around 15
250g Butter – not margarine! You need to be able to mix with it so make sure it’s soft.
110g Caster Sugar
Zest of a lemon
335g Plain Flour
If you would like to add a lemon icing I would recommend 160g icing sugar and 1- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Equipment required:
Mixing Bowl
Sieve
Baking Tray
Parchment Paper
Rolling Pin
Cutter – roughly 5cm round.

Our recipe will be and whether you’re a seasoned baker or this is your first go we’re looking forward to seeing what you create.
