Few minutes mindful practice can do more than 55 minutes pushing and pulling but not being present.

In we celebrated this day with Feminine Energy Empowering yoga flow - a contemporary combination of yoga asanas, free flowing dance movements , meditation through movement and lots of fun and laughter!!!

Don’t try this alone if you never done it before, please. Consult with your yoga teacher and make sure you know the correct technique before you do it yourself. Yes, you need:
Strong core - front , back, side muscles.
Shoulders - strong and flexible.
Back - strong upper , mid and lower back muscles.
