Experience matters. So does choosing the right technique.

For more than 30 years, I have dedicated a significant part of my practice to penoplasty, helping men achieve natural-looking enhancement with safety and long-term satisfaction as my priorities.

Over the years, I have evaluated virtually every available technique. My preferred approach for pe**le girth enhancement is autologous fat grafting—using the patient’s own fat—because it offers important advantages in carefully selected patients.

Why do I prefer fat?

✔️ It uses your own living tissue, making it highly biocompatible.
✔️ It provides a soft, natural look and feel.
✔️ There is no permanent foreign material left inside the body.
✔️ When performed with meticulous technique and appropriate patient selection, it can achieve long-lasting, natural results.

While dermal fillers can be appropriate in selected cases, they may be associated with temporary swelling, inflammation, the need for repeat treatments, and, in rare cases, vascular complications.

Similarly, permanent implants have an important role only in very specific situations, but they also carry potential risks such as infection, displacement, visibility, or the need for revision surgery.

There is no single technique that is right for everyone. The best treatment is always the one tailored to the individual patient after a detailed consultation, realistic expectations, and careful surgical planning.

My philosophy has always remained the same: prioritise safety, natural results, and long-term patient satisfaction over trends.

Choosing your breast implants isn’t just about size… it’s also about weight.

Many social media posts showcase large breast implants, but very few talk about an important fact: every implant has weight.

The larger and heavier the implant, the greater the long-term load on your breasts. Over the years, this extra weight can contribute to stretching of the skin, loss of upper pole fullness, recurrent sagging, discomfort, and the need for revision surgery.

That is why I believe every patient deserves to understand not only how big an implant looks, but how much it weighs.

For many years I have chosen to use B-Lite® breast implants, the lightest breast implants available. They are up to 30% lighter than conventional silicone implants while providing the same beautiful shape and natural feel.

Gynecomastia is far more common than most men realise, yet many continue to live with it in silence, believing there is no effective solution.

Enlarged male breasts are often caused by a combination of excess fat and glandular tissue, which cannot always be improved through diet or exercise alone. My approach combines advanced VASER liposuction with precise surgical removal of the gland through a small incision hidden at the edge of the ar**la. This allows me to create a flatter, firmer, and more masculine chest contour while keeping scars to a minimum.

The procedure is performed as day-case surgery, with a relatively quick recovery and a return to normal activities soon afterwards for most patients.
