A touch of self help. Sciatic nerve caught in my left leg,nice a great feeling. GB 31-32-33 to help with the release of said nerve.

Treating a lung problem with Lu 5-6-7 with a Pc 6 and a Ht 3 for done cardiac support.

Master Tung points for Angina,44-08,44-09,44-10 these can be combined with other master tung points 88-01,88-02 and 88-03. These can be used in conjunction with Tung point 33-05 for tightening of the chest.

Master Tung point for fibromyalgia.

Sp6 x2,
St36 x2 and a few auricular (ear) points for re energising my good lady after a rest from the needles. Treating several meridians at the same time for a fresh beginning.

Long time since I’ve used two of the favourite points in acupuncture. Leg 3 miles(St36) and 3 yin crossing(Sp6). Time to start posting pictures of work again.
