I do an Oil Scalp treatment once a week to nourish my scalp
Helps reduce my frizz I apply a tiny amount over my hair especially when it's curly
I also love applying it after my skin care routine before bed. It hydrates my skin so beautifully

2. Castor oil
I use it to remove my eye make up and at the same time it Nourishes my brows and lashes may assist in hair growth

Bay leaf tea offers several potential benefits, including improved digestion, reduced inflammation, and enhanced respiratory health. It also has antioxidant properties and could help regulate blood sugar levels

Boil water for 4 min, then add your bay leaves 🍃 let it further boil for 3 min, and drink 🫖

I mix mine with a little room temp water and drink my tea in the mornings, and I like to add it into my water bottle to sip through out the day.
