It's been a while but feeling so much gratitude that I made another trip around the sun back in October this year and made it to 54 🙏🏼💖
It's been a bumpy ride the last how many year's with lot's of thing's but the menopause affected me so much especially my metal health but I'll keep that for another time but for now I feel blessed to have amazing people around me 🙏🏼 Family and Friends 💖 met new one's and a amazing husband 💖 I'm a nan so totally blessed when they call me nanny 💖💙
So I shall be stepping into 2024 doing what I do best spreading the Love ❤️ Good vibes ✌🏼 Laughter 😂 Kindness 💖 Compassion 💖 humanity ❤️ as the world needs it right now 🙏🏼

1 Million is the number of womam who are about to leave their jobs, their career's because of unbearable perimenopause/menopause symptoms. The menopause affects both our physical and mental health which really has a impact on our lives and our ecomony.
This is why I wanted to get behind campaign to highlight and raise awarness who are recruiting 5,000 nannies and childminders this year with a menopause support package and flexible working in place
Let's be the generation to make menopause better

Wow can't believe it's the 1st December already! Think I lost the the last couple of months.
I do love the count down to Christmas it's when you get away with bailey's in your coffee instead of milk ☕ 😋😂
I did start to put the tree up a few week's ago it's never to early. I used to drive my mum bonkers to put the Christmas tree and decorations up and even at my age I won't change I still love it and it's beginning to look a bit like Santa's grotto here but I love it and doing it for the Grandkids now 🎄❤
