It's been a while since I posted on here as I have been working on Eatiful. There's an app in the works. I'd love for your feedback on this page. If you get a moment, please tell me - does this make sense? Does it sound good? What should I improve? All help hugely appreciated.

Happy Love Day! I like to think of today as Love Day. Why celebrate the love you have for only one person in your life? Why not celebrate the love you have for everyone? Why not celebrate the love you have for yourself? Whoever we are, and whomever we love, there’s always room for more love in our lives. Here are my tips for feeling l little more love today and every day.
Gifting - It’s lovely to receive gifts but even better to give them.
Today I gave my husband a V Day pressie. He wasn’t expecting it and I expected nothing in return.
Pampering - A little bit of pampering is always welcome
I’m rushed today, it’s half term after all, but I can squeeze in a manicure to feel fab.
Nurturing - Focused time is invaluable
I put myself first this morning and went for a mild, slow run to blow the cobwebs away and get my head straight.
Planning - Create the future
It’s time to plan some sassy spring treats. A spa day with a friend is high on my to-do list.
