Warm days have quietly returned — and with them, the simple pleasure of riding through the city.
There is something almost meditative about cycling. The body moves, the mind breathes. You arrive somewhere not just faster, but lighter. The heart grows stronger. The shoulders drop. London opens up differently from a saddle — unhurried, human-sized.
A few reasons I keep coming back to the bicycle:
🚲 The lungs fill with something real
🚲 The mind untangles what a desk cannot
🚲 The city becomes a conversation, not a commute
🚲 The body remembers it was made to move
🚲 It costs nothing but time — and gives back more
