Going into my comfort zone today for a second Barbie Inspired look for the mini challenge!

I love dramatic blacks with pops of colour, they just marry so well! And because Barbie has so many alter egos, it just made sense to create a Goth Barbie!!

Killed two birds with one stone on this Barbie Inspired look. Not only did I enter it into mini challenge for this week... but I also got a photo for how I generally look when I rock up to kids parties, festivals, events of any kind where I am facepainting lol! So, yeah, this is typically how I look... you can imagine the looks I get AFTER said events and I'm stopping off for diesel or grabbing some food on my way home (because if I don't have someone with me, hand feeding me while i work... I don't eat lol!!)

Here's my submission for the HMUA Backstage Team application for the Sept 23 London Fashion Week Show with .

Although I have placed on the team through this years Glow Up Inspired Challenge results, I still wanted to submit my look. I feel incredibly lucky to have made it on the team through my Highly Commended Gold Award, but I am not taking it for granted.

Hopefully this effort doesn't make them change their minds though! Haha 🙈❤️❤️

Also, new obsessions unlocked: Golden Highlights in my hair... and obnoxiously long lashes!! 😍😍

The final results are in, and I made the Highly Commended Gold Award!!

Despite having a failure in confidence and a battle with my mental health when this competition started, and therefore missing the first 2 weeks, I pulled it back and put myself firmly back on the map.

This position has earned me a guaranteed place on the London Fashion Week MUA team in September and I'm over the bloody moon!!

However, the comment I received from guest judge and contestant of this year's ; is out of this world!! On-May I can't thank you enough for your feedback, I'm honestly blown away, and if you ever truly feel like collaborating any time, I'm already there, haha! I promise I will most definitely take your advice and put out more liner work. I do love it! Thank you again. You honestly made me feel incredible!!

and I cannot thank you two enough for the opportunities, this challenge and always making me feel a part of the family, even when I'm having a ridiculous meltdown 🙈♥️ it means the world to me to be a part of this academy and I hope I can continue to do you proud in future challenges!

What an absolute beauty this young lady is.

I adore her unique style and her determination to look the way she wants and not go with the classic styles. As much as I love a soft glam, I am a sucker for bolder choices.

We achieved a beautiful soft, glowy skin with Contour Kit, Blush Glow and Bronze Glow Palettes, while the Cool Tone Palette brought a beautiful pop to the eyes (that will complement her dress so perfectly!).
