Do you know Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by various factors:

1. **Genetics**:
- Genetic predisposition can cause thinner skin under the eyes, making blood vessels more visible and leading to dark circles.

2. **Ageing**:
- As you age, the skin under your eyes becomes thinner and loses collagen and fat, making blood vessels and dark tissues more visible.

3. **Fatigue and Lack of Sleep**:
- Not getting enough sleep can cause the skin to become dull and pale, making dark circles more prominent.
- Fluid can also accumulate under the eyes, causing them to appear puffy and casting shadows that contribute to dark circles.

4. **Allergies and Nasal Congestion**:
- Allergies that cause nasal congestion can dilate blood vessels and darken the area under the eyes.

5. **Dehydration**:
- Not drinking enough water can cause the skin to become dry and dull, making dark circles more noticeable.

6. **Sun Exposure**:
- Excessive sun exposure can increase the production of melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color, leading to dark circles.

7. **Heredity**:
- Dark circles can also be hereditary, meaning if your parents have them, you are more likely to have them too.

8. **Eye Strain**:
- Straining your eyes for prolonged periods, such as staring at a computer screen for hours, can cause the blood vessels around your eyes to enlarge and darken.

9. **Iron Deficiency**:
- Anemia or iron deficiency can lead to decreased oxygen supply to tissues, causing them to appear darker.

10. **Skin Pigmentation Abnormalities**:
- Conditions like hyperpigmentation (an excess of melanin production) can cause dark circles to appear more prominently.

To reduce the appearance of dark circles, you can try getting adequate sleep, managing allergies, staying hydrated, using sunscreen, and incorporating a good skincare routine that includes moisturizing and applying products like our Apple Eye Gel made with natural fruit acids will help
