the reality is mostly clients, admin, content, training, brushing off nails dust and forgetting where I put my coffee, phone, gel, brush, marbles 😅

The most common thing I hear from new clients? 🤍

“I thought my nails were just weak”

And sometimes they are naturally on the thinner/weaker side. But more often than not, there’s usually a reason behind the peeling, splitting, breaking or constant lifting.

Over-filing, picking, incorrect product, wearing something that doesn’t suit your lifestyle, poor prep, previous damage, aftercare… it all matters

What I do at your appointment is one part of it, but how you treat your nails when you leave matters too

Gloves for cleaning and washing up, not using your nails as tools, being mindful with them day to day, all of that makes a difference

That’s exactly why every appointment starts with an assessment

I look at the condition of your nails, your lifestyle, your goals, and then decide what’s actually going to work best for you

It’s also why I am constantly training to It’s also why I’m constantly investing in training and education, so I can keep improving my skills, stay up to date, and make the best decisions for the nails sitting in front of me 📚

Because healthy nails aren’t just luck…They usually come from the right approach on both sides

I’d already painted my Houses of Parliament inspired nails, then found this Monet Water Lilies painting and thought I’d try my hand at it on my thumb 🎨

I picked the picture, started playing around with it and just kept adding little bits until it finally clicked

which feels very fitting for life sometimes really ✨♥️

this was my client’s first prescriptive manicure appointment with me and I’m obsessed with how they turned out

every set starts with me assessing the nails, lifestyle, length, condition, all of it, and then I choose the base from there rather than doing the same thing on everyone

for this set, builder gel made the most sense and we fell in love with this baby pink turned lavender chrome combo

My clients skin reacted amazingly to the Russian manicure too, which made the whole set look even cleaner

safe to say chrome isn’t going anywhere this summer
