I love this because you can put anything you like inside the bagel, and everything stays together. You just have to bite.

If you can eat two bagels with these fillings, you can hit almost 1,000 kcal. Give it around an hour to digest, then get in the gym.

Which is absolutely understandable.

The only problem is, some of them are already wasting their time in the gym most of the time anyway.

So bank holiday is actually the perfect day to be here.

I think l made this like a million times

Ingredients:

100g oats
4 eggs
1 spoon brown sugar
A little baking powder
Vanilla sugar
Honey on top

Method:

Blend the oats, eggs, brown sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar together until smooth.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add a little oil or butter if needed.

Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
