Obviously, it’s different when I’m around people I know or at the gym where I work than when I’m walking through a crowd of strangers.

We shouldn’t take it personally when someone walks past with their head down and doesn’t make eye contact.

We never really know what’s going on in someone else’s life.

As I’ve got older, I’ve become less vain about my physique, especially at a time like this when I’ve lost muscle.

It’s not because I don’t care or because fitness is less important to me. It still is. But if I’m not at my best physically, I don’t let it ruin my day just because my shirt isn’t as tight as it used to be.

Strength can’t come first.

Obviously most of the people f**k this up.

Mobility, flexibility, stability, fix and maintain correct posture would be the foundation of your heavy lifting.

We want muscle and grow but we don’t have time and knowledge to prepare this process.

My whole life has been one big f**king bulk.

I’ve never followed a fat-loss diet. My genetics gave me a hard time in the kitchen on some days.

I’ve been in this game for a long time, and I’ve lost hard-earned gains more than once. But I understand what it’s all about for me now.

We all lose progress or get stuck sometimes. That’s just life.

The only thing I’ve got better at with age is standing back up faster after getting beaten down.

Love the taste and texture, and I need more healthy fats during the day, so Mr Jersey whole milk.

If you’re a hardgainer, it’s an easy way to get extra calories, quality protein, and healthy fats without having to eat more food.

I also find it much easier to drink a few hundred calories than force down another meal when my appetite is low.
