Delicious diet food 🤩
ingredients:
Skinless chicken fillet
2 tablespoons olive oil
Half a cup of cooked black beans
1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons spices
Sea salt and black pepper
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup water, or broth
A small bunch of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 fresh, juicy lemon
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 avocado ripe, sliced ​​or chopped (optional)

Instructions: ⠀
Put water / broth in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon oil, a pinch of sea salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of spices, then bring to a boil. Add the rice and stir and cook, covering it for 15-17 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is soft.
Meanwhile, dip the chicken in the spices and grate
Heat the remaining oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then cut it thin
When the rice has cooled a little, stir in the fresh lemon juice and coriander leaves to mix well with the rice.
And then served with chicken, avocado and beans
