SPF is arguably the best thing you can do to delay ageing of the skin. Wear it every single day…. But particularly days like today…. Get a big old hat and massive shades….. think early 00s big…. A few weeks of tan now isn’t worth the ageing damage it will cost later….. SPF also reduces the damage which predisposes to skin cancer…. So if you are going to do one thing for your skin…. Pick this ❤️

Aesthetics should be a partnership…. Make sure ur practitioner gives u time, a plan and aftercare advice…. Allow them time to try to get u the best results and pretty please follow ur aftercare advice xx

Hyaluronic acid is amazing! When applied to the face it can improve the moisture content of the skin massively. It is also the main component of the fillers we use in the face and lips. But beware brands that say they deliver ‘topical fillers’ creams and serums cannot replace injectable fillers and will not give you the same results no matter how expensive or how much you use! ❤️❤️ that being said HLA I’m your daily skin care routine will do wonders for your skin!
