Just an inspiration post not about keto, if she can do it, so can you!
πIf you want to lose weight, write down everything you need to lose weight
1. Courage (you'll need it)
2. Focus (for tough days)
3. Goals (know where you want to go and get there)
4. Willpower (you won't always want to get up and go for a workout, but strength will make you go)
5. Say no (make people understand that you are in the process of being thin)
6. Self-control (you need to know yourself, understand and know how to deal with your own emotions, don't let conflicts dominate you)
7. Persistence (you will make mistakes it's normal but don't let mistakes, an ax make you give up on your dreams)
8. Don't give up!
