Ballet as a Secret Tool to Longevity brought together Dr. Inna Szalontay and former Bolshoi Ballet dancer Mariana Gomes for an inspiring exploration of the connection between movement, grace, and healthy ageing at The Royal Ballet School, London.
At Libi & Daughters, we believe that healthy ageing extends far beyond skincare. It is shaped by the habits we cultivate every day how we move, how we carry ourselves, and how we care for our bodies over time.
Guests began with an insightful talk from Dr. Inna Szalontay, exploring how posture, balance, mobility, muscle preservation, and mindful movement contribute to long-term wellbeing and longevity. This was followed by an exclusive ballet masterclass led by Mariana Gomes, where participants experienced the foundations of ballet through alignment, controlled movement, and graceful technique.
The experience was a reminder that movement is not simply exercise it is a lifelong practice that supports resilience, confidence, and vitality.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for another memorable edition of the Libi & Daughters Dialogue Series. This is just the beginning of many meaningful conversations to come.
