Until now, I’ve always shared your hair before-and-after transformations on this page. Today, I wanted to do something a little different and share my own hair journey with you. 🤦‍♂️😂😂😂

Around 6 months ago, after a long period of research and careful consideration, I decided to have a hair transplant. I wanted to share my before-and-after results and be completely open about my experience.🤝🤝🤝

Alongside the hair transplant, I also had stem cell treatment. The reason for this was to support healthier, stronger growth of the transplanted hair, as well as to revitalise and strengthen my existing weaker hair. For better overall results, I chose to have the stem cell treatment at the same time as the transplant.

After the procedure, I was advised to have around 6 PRP sessions, which I completed. I truly believe PRP played an important role in nourishing the hair follicles and supporting the healing and growth process.

My doctor didn’t specifically recommend any additional vitamin supplements, but said I could use them if I wished. After doing my own research, I decided to use supplements that support hair strength, growth and vitality. I believe they helped, although of course the hair transplant itself played the biggest role.

One thing I’d like to highlight is that whether you have a hair transplant or not, the shampoos and hair products you use really matter. Choosing the right products for your scalp and hair can make a big difference.
