Feeling overwhelmed? These small, consistent habits can help calm your mind and support your nervous system:⁠

1. Start your day with breathwork: a foundation of calm for the day can be more beneficial than you may realise. As little as 2 minutes of breathwork each morning can make a big difference⁠

2. Light movement: Nature is such a powerful nervous system regulator. A simple as a walk outside can completely change your headspace for the better!⁠

3. Journaling: Get your thoughts onto paper to release mental chatter and clear your head for the evening. Write down 3 things you’re grateful for each day to shift focus to the positive.⁠

Remember, small steps add up. These habits can be a powerful part of your journey to reducing anxiety.⁠
