2. Reduce Stress - try adding in a daily meditation, breathwork or journaling to keep your stress levels under control.
3. Don’t be afraid of l**e - there’s no shame in getting some extra help!
4. Check on your hormones - both estrogen and testosterone play significant roles in your s*x drive and keeping you properly lubricated. Talk to your doctor about getting your hormone levels checked!

Here are 5 ways to balance your hormones:

1. Reduce alcohol consumption - alcohol can contribute to poor gut health, lack of sleep and increased mood swings. Remember: everything in moderation is generally a great rule!
2. Monitor your stress levels - prolonged periods of stress can increase cortisol and disrupt your hormone balance. Try incorporating meditation, journaling or breathing exercises as a way to check in on yourself and monitor how you’re feeling.
3. Reduce inflammatory foods - You might be surprised at the impact your gut health can have on your body and hormones. Good nutrition will support your gut and prevent inflammation and hormonal harmony
4. Prioritise Sleep - Estrogen can actually influence our neurotransmitters that impact our sleep-wake cycles. REM sleep helps our body reset and helps you wake up feeling rested.
5. Reduce Environmental Toxins - It's no secret that exposure to chemicals, cigarette smoke and other pollutants can harm our bodies, which is why reducing exposure will keep your body and hormones safe.
