Hence the conclusion. The first thing that the "owls" need to do is to develop and constantly maintain a certain mode of bedtime and morning wake-up. Healthy sleep should be at least 8 hours, so you need to go to bed as early as possible, which means that getting up in the morning will be much easier.

FORGET ABOUT "5 MORE MINUTES"
It is very important that when you wake up, you need to get up immediately, otherwise the so–called "just a minute" or "just a little more" can turn into a sweet dream and as a result, the daily routine gets lost, and the body does not get a full rest. If the alarm clock is set at 7:50 in the morning, but according to the plan, it is planned to rise at 8, it is better to set it at 8 o'clock right away. 10 extra minutes of sleep will bring more benefits and cheerfulness. And in order not to be tempted to turn off the alarm and continue sleeping, it is advisable to put it away from the bed.

MAKE WAKING UP COMFORTABLE
Immediately after sleep, you need to think about something pleasant for yourself. Then stretch out and take a few, deep enough breaths / exhalations. Massage the back of the head, earlobes, temples and eyebrows — this will increase the rush of blood to the head. After that, you can slowly get out of bed.

It is worth planning in advance for the time of lifting some pleasant activity for yourself, because of which you would like to get up early. For example, view your page in one of the social networks, talk on the phone with a friend, etc.

One of the reasons why it's hard to leave a warm bed in the morning, where it's cozy and warm, is the feeling of coolness. Therefore, you can put a warm jacket, sweater or bathrobe near the bed, which you can immediately put on yourself after lifting. It would be nice to immediately put on warm slippers or socks.
