3 things I never do!
🙌 I don't drink coffee ☕ on an empty stomach! Caffeine raises cortisol and causes inflammation in the gut lining leading to digestive issues. I always drink coffee ☕ after food.
🙌 I never drink with meals as it dilutes natural digestive enzymes leading to bloating, acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn 🙏 I always leave 15 minutes either side of eating when drinking.
🙌 I avoid negative thoughts and instead try to adopt a positive mindset. Our brain 🧠 and gut are connected via the vagus nerve. Negativity affects our GUT and therefore our whole body. When you practice positivity it attracts more positivity in other aspects of your life too!! 💯

Your internal clock (circadian rhythm) needs the signal of natural light to function. If you have been feeling sluggish, look at your light environment. ☀️
Have a think about how much time you spend indoors under artificial light versus being outside and how soon you step outdoors after waking. 🙆

✨ Are you topping up your collagen?

Don't fear the sun 🌞
Sunlight is medicine. Yes medicine!
Used wisely, it resets your body clock, boosts energy, balances hormones and supports real healing. 🙌
We’re not getting gentle, consistent sun anymore.
We live under fake lights, then blast ourselves on holiday and burn. Our biology wasn’t designed for that. 🙌
Sunlight enters the eye → resets your circadian rhythm → tells your body to make cortisol and melatonin → which affects your energy, mood, and hormones. 🙌
Here are some tips!
- Get outside within 30 mins of rising (no sunnies, no sunscreen - expose as much of your body as you can) 🌞
- Aim for 15–30 mins of natural light, multiple times a day
- Make sure you watch the sunset too – it tells your body to wind down. 🙌

Your mind needs to be protected 🧠
Take a moment to think about this… 🤔
The people around you, the content you consume, the conversations you’re part of - it all has a bigger impact than most of us realise.
We’re usually so focused on eating well and looking after our bodies but we rarely stop to question what we’re feeding our minds on a daily basis❓
Your environment matters. Constant noise, negativity and mindless scrolling don’t just pass through you - they shape how you think, feel and respond.
The things you listen to in the car, the voices you hear online, the energy in your conversations… they all influence your mindset more than you think. Even the news you start your day with can shift your mood and stress levels before you’ve even begun. 😬
What you consume isn’t neutral. It’s either moving you forward or holding you back.
If you want to feel better, think clearer and create a more positive future, you need to be more intentional about your inputs. Not everything deserves your time or attention.
Be selective. Protect your energy. It matters. ❤️
Feeling bloated, tired and brain fog after eating is not natural 😬
Mono in greek means alone or single. For that reason, mono eating means eating only one type of food per serving. It also means not drinking and eating at the same time. ✅
DOES IT SOUND CRAZY❓
When we're babies our mums don't give us lots of different types of food to try. 👍
In nature wild animals generally mono eat, and do not drink while eating. ✅
This is something that we naturally used to do but was left behind by modern civilisation. 🤔
It is an essential part of healing your gut. 💚
So, we have one type of protein with one type of veg or fruit for every meal to take the load off the digestion.
Reminder: don't drink with food as this dilutes your natural digestive enzymes which adds to gut discomfort! 💦
