❗️❗️❗️Before getting into the clinic, make sure you have the latest blood test results indicating your current wellbeing. Also, please remember, to get the best out of the treatments, it is not only your therapist work, but also your cooperation and sometimes changes of habits are inevitable.

⛔️ ANEMIA AND THE SKIN

Beauty treatments and home care - these are the most common associations that appear with the keyword: beauty therapy. Meanwhile, skin therapy is not limited to these two elements, it is much broader and includes diagnostics of the whole organism, changes in lifestyle - from diet, through work with stress, to regulation of the circadian rhythm.

In terms of laboratory diagnostics, one of the most common disorders are disorders leading to a decrease in hemoglobin. Who among us has not suffered from anemia at least once?
It turns out that among people struggling with skin changes, this problem is very common. Therefore, it is so imperative to understand the changes that occur as a result of a reduced amount of hemoglobin and know how to modify the therapy to help the skin.

⛔️ STEP ONE : LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS

Iron plays an important role in the process of erythropoiesis, it is responsible for the synthesis of heme, which binds oxygen. With the help of red blood cells, oxygen is delivered to almost every cell and is used in many physiological processes.

However, it should be remembered that the diagnosis of iron from the blood alone is not sufficient to determine how effective the erythropoiesis process is, whether the cells are properly oxygenated.
This is due to two things. First of all, iron is an element that is extremely sensitive to changes inside the body, and its level can vary significantly over a period of several days or even hours.

Secondly, the reason is the complexity of erythropoiesis and the factors involved in it. In addition to iron, in the formation of hemoglobin and red blood cells, m.in. ferritin, vitamin B12 and folic acid. It is these tests that should be performed first to assess whether a patient has a problem with anemia.
Consequences of anemia for the skin
Oxygen deficiency SLOWS DOWN CELL FUNCTIONS (!!!). Slower functioning of keratinocytes means a prolonged process of epidermis renewal, stratum corneum cells on the surface of the skin and INSUFFICIENT HYDRATION due to the insufficient amount of components of the hydrolipid coat produced by keratinocytes.
The surface of the SKIN BECOMES DRY and STRETCHED, susceptibility to IRRITATION INCREASES.
In addition, at the level of the dermis, the amount of COLLAGEN fibers and matrix-building structures, including HYALURONIC ACID, is REDUCED.


Consequently, SKIN ELASTICITY DETERIORATES, WRINKLES become more PRONOUNCED.

In the case of melanocytes, slowing down the function of keratinocytes may prove to be a factor STIMULATING MELANOGENESIS. The skin is smart and looks for ways to compensate for its deficiencies.
If its functions are disturbed, it may turn out that the production of the pigment - melanin will increase. In patients with anemia, the problem of UNEVEN DISTRIBUTION of the dye - DISCOLORATION - occurs very often or worsens.

⛔️ HOW TO HELP A CLIENT WITH ANEMIA?

If a ckient's test results indicate anemia, the first step should be to correct the deficiency. Such actions include:
- Changes in diet:
- In case of iron deficiency: beetroot, sourdough, eggs, animal products, beans, peas, lentils
- in the case of a decrease in vitamin B12: Animal products, dairy products, yeast, mushrooms, algae,
- In case of a decrease in folic acid: chickpeas, spinach, parsley, eggs,
- in the case of a decrease in ferritin,
Products supporting the work of the liver and intestine: artichoke, dandelion, turmeric, avocado, garlic supplementation.
Regarding supplementation, it is worth remembering about the:
• combination of iron with vitamin C, combination of animal ferritin with colostrum, lactoferrin and probiotics.
Such a combination makes the level of FERRITIN RISE MUCH FASTER than in the case of limiting to only one ingredient;
• in the form of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin used sublingually works the fastest
• The time it takes for dietary supplements to work. As a rule, vitamin B12 and folic acid supplementation lasts 3-6 months, and ferritin - up to a year.
• Modifications should also be made in the cosmetic and treatment care plan.

⛔️ As a result of TISSUE HYPOXIA, cell renewal and REPAIR processes SLOW DOWN. Anemia will REDUCE the EFFECTIVENESS of the following, or will be a RELATIVE CONTRAINDICATION:
1. treatments with inflammation: medium-deep chemical peels (TCA, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, polyacids), high concentrations of Retinoids >1%, microneedle mesotherapy, biostimulators.
2. Treatments using apparatus: selected lasers, HIFU, RF and others,
4. Home care: high concentrations of retinoids, chemical acids.

❗️❗️❗️A suspicious vascular activity in the left breast, also in the area of ​​the left armpit towards the lymph nodes.

The standarilised breast screening didn't detect anything, nonetheless the medical thermography indicated the mentioned activity. Detailed re-screening with an emphasis on vascularity confirmed the state of strong angiogenesis of the left breast with a probable formation of a cyst. The patient followed with and is under care of an oncology supervision.

Important thing to remember, medical thermography is able to detect, early pre- cancerous lession.

This allows for a quick and successfull procedure, before the standard oncology treatment implementation is required.

TERMOGRAFIA MEDYCZNA

Jaki jest koń, każdy widzi ... gorzej, gdy ktoś nie widzi, albo nie stara się widzieć, tylko się patrzy ...

Przecież od razu widać podejrzaną aktywność naczyniową w lewej piersi, także w okolicy lewej pachy w kierunku węzłów chłonnych.

Badanie przesiewowe niczego nie wykazało. Termografia zaś wykazała wzmiankowaną aktywność. Ponowne badanie przesiewowe USG szczegółowe z naciskiem na unaczynienie potwierdziło stan silnej angiogenezy piersi lewej z prawdopodobną tworzącą się cystą. Pani trafiła do konsultacji onkologicznej.

Przykład fenomenu, jakim jest obrazowanie termograficzne, które jest tzw. diagnostyką wyprzedzającą - wykrywa anomalie fizjologiczne (w tym przypadku naczyniowe), zanim wystąpią zmiany strukturalne (np. guz).

Badanie za dwie stówy, a być może życie uratowało ...
Trzeba tylko postarać się widzieć, a nie tylko patrzeć.
