This client had her lips done before (not with me). She wanted to achieve more volume and plump these lips!

This client asked for a subtle change!

We added a small amount of filler in the top lip as per her request.

My client satisfaction is my priority!

Many times clients are asking me “what about bruising?”.

Here we go - lips 3 days post injection. No bruising visible.

Of course, bruising is individual. It depends on our body, medications we take, technique used by the injector or even the diet!

I always advise my clients to apply Arnica cream post treatment and gently massage their lips to help the filler to settle.

There are also certain medications that may increase bruising such as: Naproxen, Aspirin or Ibuprofen, as they belong to the NSAIDs (medication that affect how well platelets work).

Using a good technique is also something I pay lot of attention to. I always make the treatment as painless as possible and comfortable for the client.

Vitamin B12 is used in our body to make healthy red blood cells. Red blood cells carry the oxygen around our body and oxygen is needed to make the energy.

What does it mean?

Low vitamin B12 = low red blood cells = less oxygen = less energy & more fatigue

💫 A sore red tongue, regular mouth ulcers can be a sign of B12 deficiency.

💫 Poor memory, forgetting things and brain fog can all be sign of vitamin B12.

💫 Pins and needles are another sign of nerve damage from vitamin B12 deficiency.
