Hello 👋 I'm Pavel, nice to meet you! 🙂

I'm a level 5 BTEC qualified soft tissue therapist. My main specialty is remedial deep tissue massage blended with advanced soft tissue techniques, but I also offer sports massage or softer relaxing massage without application of any remedial techniques, if you prefer.

I'm based in Kennington, London, and I work mainly from home. Outcall service is also possible upon request. Please contact me for more details.

I'm available from Mon to Fri 9am - 9pm, and on Sat 9am - 6pm. I'm closed on Sundays, and usually open on public holidays.

You don't have to be a professional athlete to have a sports massage. Sports massage is geared towards anyone participating in a sport activity on any level. Its main benefit is to prevent injuries by speeding up the recovery process. Regular treatments assist
in correcting imbalances in soft tissue caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and help to maintain the body in its optimal condition.

Deep tissue massage is my specialty! I like to combine strong traditional massage with soft tissue therapy to achieve maximum results in relaxing the tissues and removing pain. I'm strong and thorough in my techniques, yet my hands are always soft and warm.

Soft tissue therapy is the most advanced form of remedial massage. It uses a range of advanced techniques to relax the muscles, ease the pain and relieve the tension even in the deepest layers where traditional massage techniques would not be efficient.
