What’s the difference between collagen powder, ready to drink collagen drinks and pills? This is the most asked question so let’s break it down!

(1) Pills or liquid forms of collagen typically have less collagen per serving than the powdered alternative. Collagen booster has 13,000mg - 18,000mg of collagen per serving (depending on whether you take 2 or 3 scoops) whereas liquid collagen or pills provides much less. For example, you may have to take 8 capsules to get the recommended amount of collagen in your system for it to actually make a difference.
