Why fitness recipes amaze me. They shouldn’t work!

Boiled Egg Chocolate Protein Pudding šŸ‘€

I don’t try a lot of viral recipes… but this one had me curious šŸ˜…

Ps - if you want 100 high protein recipes delivered straight to your inbox comment COOK and I’ll send them over.

Every single video said it was good , so I had to test it.

Which is kinda wild… considering it’s made from boiled eggs 😁

Ingredients:
4 soft boiled eggs (room temp or cold, not hot)
3 to 3.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
4–6 soft dates (instead of honey)
25g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Blend the dates with the milk first until smooth.

Add everything else and blend until completely creamy.

Start with 3 tbsp cocoa powder, then taste , if you can still notice the egg, add a bit more.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.

Macros (per serving):
~250 calories
20g protein
5g fibre

Notes:
Don’t overcook the eggs , that’s what gives the eggy/sulfur taste.
The cocoa + dates + protein powder combo completely masks the egg if done right.

Texture should be smooth and pudding-like , if it’s too thick, just add a splash more milk.

High protein, simple ingredients, and way better than it sounds.

Try it before judging it šŸ˜…. Thank you .haga šŸ™šŸ¼

How do you spend your calories?

68kg āž”ļø 58kg āž”ļø 63kg šŸ’Ŗ

Jordan didn’t just lose weight... he transformed his body.

āœ… Lost 10kg of body fat
šŸ’Ŗ Gained 5kg of muscle
🧠 Completely transformed his mindset

ā€œBefore joining, I was a dancer and I’d go to the gym, but I honestly had no clue what I was doing. I’d do a quick run, lift a few weights, spend ages resting, and just go through the motions. I’d try to eat healthy, but I didn’t really understand nutrition.ā€

His confidence was a constant roller coaster. Some days he’d feel okay, other days he’d hate how he looked.

Fast forward just 4 months...

ā€œMy mindset is crazy. I’m no longer on that roller coaster. The way I feel about my body and my confidence is consistently high.ā€

One of the biggest changes wasn’t just his physique—it was the education.

ā€œI had no idea about nutrition. It always felt overwhelming. The education side has absolutely changed my life.ā€

Now fitness isn’t something he struggles to stick to.

ā€œOnce you get stuck into it, it becomes easy. It becomes your routine.ā€

This is why we don’t just hand people a workout plan. We teach them how to train, eat, and build habits that actually last, so they’re never left guessing what to do again.

If you want results like Jordan’s, DM me ā€œPOWERā€ and let’s get started. šŸ”„

My teeth have never looked better!

I’ll just be honest.

We do photoshoot with our clients every 90 days. Why?

To give them something to work towards and give them a picture that they can keep and remember forever, or to help them further their career.

But my reason for doing them is extremely selfish.

After we do the shoot we take them out, hang out and enjoy some food.

This where it gets selfish.

The connection and the conversations we have is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

Yesterday 5 men (including the photographer) for 5 hours talked about marriage, family life ,Body Dysmorphia, grief, what it is to be a man in his 30s, health ,travel…

These days always remind me of a key health metric…

HUMAN CONNECTION

Equally as important as the food you eat.

If your fitness programme doesn’t allow for connection it will never last and I argue it isn’t that healthy either.

Moments like yesterday is why I love doing what I do. The people I meet and form connections with, for me, is life changing.

A big thank you to the 4 men yesterday for the extremely enjoyable company

And if you’re on a health and fitness journey don’t forget to include human connection into it. It’s the secret sauce to making it sustainable and real.

If you you’re struggling to do this and would like my help, feel free to DM me POWER and let’s schedule in a no pressure phone call
