New ⭐ - star review by Matilda Turner on Google : This is going up quite late but i wanted to get another hairdresser's opinion first on how bad it really was. I wouldn't normally write a bad review, but on this occasion, I feel I have to.
My mum and I have used these hairdressers for a long time and have always been very happy previously with the other hairdressers.
On this occasion, I was given a different hairdresser due to staff illness. I'd asked for my hair to be cut to its longest layer and for the existing layers to be trimmed. As she was cutting my hair, it didn't feel right, and she was taking too much off, so I asked to stop. I had shown a photo of what I wanted, but what she cut was very different. After my hair was dried, the result wasn't what it was in the photo. As you can see, the cut is not even, and the layers are choppy and some are shorter than others. I went to another hairdresser who said that I'd need to let the shortest layer grow out and that the layers had been cut oddly and that there was nothing else they could have done to even the layers.

She understood exactly what I wanted and executed the cut perfectly, matching the picture I showed her — which doesn't always happen! Sofia is not only incredibly skilled but also very professional and personable. I'll definitely be returning to her the next time I'm in London!

She did a great job in transforming my hair to look more natural and fuller. I super love the great result. I will surely keep coming back. London is pricey but this salon is quite affordable. You really can get the most out of your money. What is more amazing is that they offer 15% discount to all NHS workers. Great deal ☺️Highly recommended 👍
