Zinc is a powerful ingredient for battling acne!

Zinc is an important micronutrient required for the normal function of skin.

Therapeutically, zinc can be used, both topically and in systemic form, for many dermatological disorders, including acne.

Some researchers have found that low levels of zinc were linked to more severe cases of acne.

Our figgy supplements contain Zinc, along other vitamins, amino acids and vegan collagen blend to support your skin, hair and nails.

Taking care of your skin is sooooo important. It does not mean piling up with skincare and cosmetics - it means knowing what is good for your skin and being gentle with it!

An annoying pimple that won't go away? Why not try a pimple patch!

Pimple patches are really just hydrocolloid dressings, that are used for wound healing in hospitals.

Besides drawing out moisture from the pores, the patch ensures that you don't pick your face! It also forms a physical barrier to bacteria and other nasties.

Don't use them on whiteheads and blackheads though - it won't work!

Which are your favourites? , , or ?

Inositol is a small molecule structurally similar to glucose. It can be found in our foods.

Hyperandrogenism is a condition when too much androgen is produced in the body. In women, this could be an indication of polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS).

Hyperandrogenism causes the overproduction of sebum. Sebum is a main culprit for acne.

While the research is still new, inositol was found to improve the clinical condition of skin by reducing hyperandrogenism in women with moderate acne.

You might have seen this term being used by beauty bloggers, but what is a moisture sandwich??

It is a technique of layering your skincare such that you get to trap the water in the skin.

Start with a damp face, use a light product and seal it with a thicker cream or a face oil.

Do you already practice this?
