Are you wondering what to do skincare wise guys? Don’t panic! We promise it’s not so scary.

A good way to look at it, in the morning you grab a glass of water to start the day to hydrate, it’s exactly the same for your skin! You want to hydrate and replenish your skin’s moisture and revive the skin’s natural barrier 💧

It’s worth remembering your skin is thicker than the girlies and produces slightly more oil, so why not try out a niacinamide serum for starters. And the good news is ours is 5% so it’s a little more gentle if you aren’t sure -a great one for all my fellow sensitive skins out there!

The best bit about what we do is we get to do it together, as sisters 👯‍♀️ as and getting to share the whole journey with our friends and family and a lot of new girlies we’ve met along the way!

We are surrounded by strong inspirational women, from Mummy TSW Gill who supports and encourages us everyday to Grandma TSW icon Penny! And at 91 she’s had to kick a lot of ass along the way, but she’s the strongest of our whole family and the one person EVERYONE depends on.

Remember we all have the ability to change the narrative 🙌

We often say our little business dream is like Jack and the beanstalk 🌱 …

From sourcing reliable small manufacturers who share our same ethics, to branding the business, packaging, the website, photography, our first market stall, joining a wholesale network, to learning how to run the social accounts, we’ve come along way already, whilst parenting and holding down our day jobs in the health service.

Self-care whenever, wherever you can!…anyone else’s day started off like this? 🙋🏻‍♀️

•little one napping (probably only for 20mins because apparently his real life is Terminator🙈) CHECK
•a list of house stuff to do that’s still got the jobs on from Monday plus 100 more (there’s a washing basket queue starting to form) CHECK
•kitchen looking like a bomb has hit post brekkie and pre school run. CHECK
•doorway full of single socks with no friends (as I can’t find a pair of socks to send my eldest to school in that actually match!) CHECK

But…I decided to hit pause and head out into the garden to enjoy the ☀️ and do some yoga. Sometimes we wear so many different hats in a day, we forget the most important one that says “ME”.
