Based in Bexleyheath area offering sports massage for soft tissue injuries and prevention. Been qualified for 10 years now and really enjoy helping people out.
The last year has shown us that we need to look after ourselves, sports massage promotes blood flow, speeds up the lymphatic waste system and is good for anxiety and migraines. I can treat any soft tissue injury as well as tendinitis, ligament sprains. Also have laser therapy therapy and ultrasound.
