🩺 Here are the blood tests I’d consider if you’re trying to get out of the struggle life:
✨ Full blood count
✨ Iron studies
✨ Vitamin D
✨ Thyroid function
✨ Autoimmune screen
Knowing what’s going on inside can help explain why you’re feeling exhausted, foggy, or just not quite yourself.

Shop with a doctor: the right ingredients at the right concentrations 🧪✨
Too low = nothing happens
Too high = irritation, barrier damage, chaos
Real results = balance
That’s why I love Aroma-Zone
Effective, no nonsense… and actually affordable.
Save this before you overdo it and regret everything 💅🏾
If things are feeling a little... off down there 👀🐱
Your microbiome is surprisingly easy to disrupt. Some things are unavoidable (periods, hormones, sanitary wear ), but plenty of everyday habits can make things worse without you realising.
A few things worth thinking about:
• Fragranced washes, wipes and sprays
• Douching or putting products internally
• Scented pads and tampons
• Staying in sweaty gym clothes for hours
• Tight, non-breathable underwear
• Not changing out of wet swimwear
• Harsh hair removal without proper aftercare
• Ignoring persistent changes in odour, discharge or irritation
And a reminder: your bikini line is skin. If you shave, wax or use other hair removal methods, it needs skincare too. Ingrown hairs, irritation and hyperpigmentation don’t happen by accident.
Comment 🐱 for my doctor-approved routine for staying fresh.
What I’d prescribe instead, as a doctor trying to get women out of the struggle life.
Instead of another eye cream for dark circles, ➡️check ferritin, fix your sleep, and rule out allergies first.
Instead of a £90 serum➡️start with SPF, a prescription retinoid, and eight hours of sleep.
Instead of manifesting more money, build one extra income stream.
Instead of a designer bag on credit➡️ save three months of expenses first.
Instead of a self-care Sunday that disappears by Monday➡️ buy back time with real support e.g. a cleaner, editor
Instead of waiting politely for answers➡️ go back to your GP with dates, symptoms, and one direct question.
A soft life is not built through better shopping.
It is built through better decisions.

Ad We’ve all been trained to treat our face like a full-time project…and our body like an afterthought 😭
But if you’re dealing with rough texture, uneven tone, dryness that won’t shift, or that slightly crepey look to the skin… hydration alone usually isn’t enough.
Dove’s Pro-Retinol Body Serum contains pro-retinol, niacinamide and peptides, so it actually targets texture, tone and firmness instead of just sitting on top of the skin.
And honestly? Within a couple of days my skin already looked firmer, smoother and just… healthier.

Shopping with a doctor: before date night 💋
A few things I genuinely think are worth picking up:
• a tongue scraper (your toothbrush isn’t enough)
• breathable cotton underwear
• a gentle fragrance-free cleanser
• an all-over body deodorant
• benzoyl peroxide wash for pits, feet & body acne
• body moisture
Which one surprised you the most? 👀
Things all doctors know… supplements
90% of supplements are a waste of money.
If I had to keep just a few as a doctor, it’d be:
☀️ Vitamin D
🩸 Iron (if you’re actually deficient)
🥩 Zinc
💊 A decent multivitamin
The biggest wellness hack? Stop buying random supplements and start checking what you’re actually low in.
summer’s here and your hygiene game ain’t quite right
Here are all the things in a doctors hygiene bag (feel free to take notes)
What’s in yours?
hyperpigmentation
Things all doctors know… but the internet doesn’t tell you: vitamin C edition 🧪
Not all vitamin C serums work!
For a vitamin C serum to actually work well, you want:
✔️ an effective concentration
✔️ a stable formula
✔️ consistency
I’ve been using the new C-Firma Fresh Day Serum from , which contains 15% L-ascorbic acid alongside ferulic acid and vitamin E to help stabilise the formula and support antioxidant protection.
One of the most important things with L-ascorbic acid is stability, which is why this formula is mixed fresh before use 🍊
Use in the morning, follow with SPF daily, and give it time and consistency.
