My client had a hair transplant which he was mostly pleased with. The majority of the grafts were implanted in the front hairline area leaving his crown sparse with continued thinning.

I advised my client to shave his hair down because we wouldn’t achieve full coverage as the hair loss was too great but he was adamant he wanted to keep his hair long so we got to it and worked some magic🪄
