I generally work Wednesdays Fridays and Saturdays from 10amm until 9pm. However because I work from home, I do offer flexibility around those days. I am really down to earth and will put you at ease. I have rolls, moles, skin tags, stretch marks, loose skin, fat, bruises, patchy skin and probably anything else you have that you’re insecure about. So please don’t feel insecure, we’re all normal!

‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️

Please message to book, stating what days/times are best for you so I can send over my availability to suit you. Once an appointment time is agreed, you will then get sent a link via text to secure the appointment online through my booking system.

▪️ You will have to input your bank details when securing your appointment online.
▪️ There will be reminder messages/emails sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment.
▪️ Your card will be charged 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel and do not reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.
▪️ If you do not show up or if you arrive late where I do not have time to complete the treatment, your card will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

I have this booking system in place to hopefully avoid no shows and late arrivals in which I do not have time to carry out the appointment. I never enjoy having to charge anyone for a treatment they haven’t had, but as you can appreciate, I lose out financially if this happens and it is also unfair on clients that are waiting a long time to get in. Charging for a no show/cancellation is never out of greed and I really do try to be as understanding as possible, so in return I ask for the same understanding of the fact I am running a business.

When you are booked in, you must arrive on time. I try to be as accommodating as possible with lateness, as I understand there are situations that can’t be helped. However, I have people booked in afterwards so I do not have the time to carry out your appointment if you are late, so this will now be classed as a ‘no show’ and you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. (I really really don’t want to do this, so please make sure you leave in plenty of time!) It would be unfair for my clients afterwards for me to run behind all day, and as you can appreciate, I also need to have the time to clean the room in between clients. Please also do not come down to the room early - if you arrive early, just give me a message and if I’m ready for you then I’ll reply to get you to come down.
