I am very excited that I will attend to the second module of my Mindfulness teacher training. After this module and other requirements and evaluations, we will be able to get certified as Mindfulness teachers, no longer teacher trainees!
This module consists of a weekend retreat in Gaunts House, with my teacher Julian Daizan Skinner and some of my wonderful colleagues and teacher trainees. I'm looking forward to learn more about the physiology of meditation posture, the science behind the breath practices, research background and methodologies, and business aspects including how to adapt the course for different student groups.
I hope this will help me and many people around me!
