Lights, Camera & Action!!!
All set for tonight’s fight night streaming live from the dungeon 🥊🥊
This is our boxing workout to smash out the end of the week and into the weekend.
Our boxing program is a mixture of technical shadow boxing and body weight exercises to get you learning a skill as well as having a good workout & some fun on a Friday evening.

Today’s exercise was a very basic body weight and skipping workout.
Doing a nice little flow to warm up that I use on a continued basis taught to me by then into some skipping , working on my cross overs crossing right hand over left and left hand over right.
Like I said nothing to much but enough to get a bit of a sweat on and make me feel good 😌
especially after all the hard workout outs on our DnG6 program 💪🏼
