Introducing Brand Aesthetics — a new Radio Education course.

It was a pleasure to welcome the founders of to take part in our new Brand Aesthetics course.

This course focuses on understanding and refining your brand identity, giving you the tools to elevate your aesthetic and create imagery that truly reflects your salon, style, and creative direction.

Designed as a three-day intensive, Brand Aesthetics takes a deep dive into your brand, hair identity, and the areas that need refinement. It begins with a curated analysis of your current work, followed by cutting and styling sessions focused on achieving a more contemporary finish.

From portfolio analysis to cutting, styling, and photoshoot development, the course is designed to help build a stronger and more recognisable visual language for your salon and social platforms.

Carla at Radio

Since joining us last year, Carla has gone from strength to strength, bringing great energy, creativity, talent, and a strong eye for hair.

She’s creating beautiful work across different lengths, textures, cuts, and colour, while continuing to grow through our in-house education programme from day one.

Alongside this, she has also started her journey to become an educator at Radio. She recently reached the later stages of the Talent Greenhouse competition.

A brilliant year so far, with plenty more to come.

World Wide Hair Tour Preparations — We Go Again

We’re excited to be part of the World Wide Hair Tour once again.

For the next six months, the journey begins — developing ideas, creating looks, testing concepts, and sharing inspiration as a team.

The salon becomes more than a workspace: a creative hub where hair, styling, make-up, and concept come together, pushing each other forward to build something special for the stage.
