Little tiny therapies for little tiny people!

Baby massage classes are a great opportunity to bond with your little tiny person as well as meet new friends, share experiences, build confidence with support and laugh at this wonderful but sometimes overwhelming time.

Our attachment and bonding with our primary caregivers during the first three years of childhood is the most important relationship we develop, Ainsworth & Bowlby, (1991). What’s important here is the possibility that your bonding can be nurtured and enhanced during this time.

At the beginning of the course each parent will receive a handmade massage ‘goody’ bag, including sample oils, a folder for the weekly massage sequence sheets, key child development information and tips for many common health issues.

Teas, snacks, and grown-up chats about the small stuff and big stuff.
