HIIT E17 is a community based fitness class ran by locals with the simple mission to try and help make the people of E17 (and surrounding areas) stronger.

What is HIIT? HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Classes are held in:
EVERY MONDAY at 7.30pm
Waltham Forest Community Hub,
18A

Happy New Year
January is always the month where the fitness industry pushes the whole
‘New Year, New You’
Remember to just focus on what you want to do, yes it’s a perfect opportunity but equally don’t put that pressure on yourself.
So many people go in hard and it’s not something that is realistic.

This year I have has to scale the business down so you can see the class offering are more condensed.
I look to increase more classes once the demand is back to where it use to be so please comment below on any days/times that we are missing and I can try and add them in the coming months.

Thanks you for all your support and here is to 2023… let’s make it a good one 💪🏼

Hi Team,
Technique is so important to the way we exercise.
• Proper technique primarily helps with reducing injury
•Helps target muscles
•Promotes high performance
•Makes you stronger 💪🏼

So take that time at getting it right and if it’s feels painful or you don’t understand then ask

The video below is of a Deadlift, may look simple but the technique is what you need in order to lift.
(Drive through your legs, not arms and you can lift more then you think)
