Narcissus cast announcement 📣 Breathing fire into the night will be the wonderful Molly Beth Morossa

‘I'm a non binary, working class cabaret and drag performer, theatre-maker and actor based in Upminster. Known for my dark, theatrical and comic performances my work often fuses storytelling, contemporary cabaret and performance art to explore subversive q***r narratives and class. Moloko Jones, my drag king alter ego is a shapeshifting anachronistic chameleon, drag is something that's always popped up in my work, in all disciplines. I have a background in immersive theatre, performance art, club and festival work, as well as long running theatre shows. I've performed and curated cabaret all over the country including Glastonbury Festival, Royal Academy, Tate Modern, The Vaults, Latitude Festival and Courtauld Gallery. I'm a regular performer with The Double R Club. I wrote, produced and performed 2 solo theatre shows, Carnival of Crows (Winner Best Actress Award - Dark Chat 2012) and Greywing House (Winner Vault Festival Spirit Award 2017). I went to Chelsea College of Art & Design, and won a Chelsea Prize on graduating too! (la-didah!). I'm a big history fan, and like to weave Polari into lots of my Moloko Jones work.’

Narcissus cast announcement 📣 introducing our bendy and beautiful hair hanger and acrobat Saya Yamaguchi

Saya Yamaguchi (she/her) is circus artist, aerial dancer and acrobat based in Edinburgh. Regular performer and teacher for All or Nothing Aerial Dance Theatre. Saya has created works for a variety of projects and events and have toured in and around Scotland.

Saya loves challenging gravity, flying, dancing in the air, draping, dangling and getting tangled. Always finding different ways to hang and fly, Saya was introduced to the art of hair hanging.

(Recent adventures include touring show "The Swings" by All or Nothing. Events such as Findhorn Bay Arts Festival, Edinburgh Jazz Festival, Hidden Door Festival, Trans Pride Scotland, Lyth Arts Festival.) *I don't mind if you don't include this or not.

"Everytime I perform hair it reminds me of my personal journey of discovering this skill, learning a lot more about patience, tenacity, tolerance and determination. I love the feeling of defying gravity, interacting with it as with a partner, and the the freedom it brings to move like with no other discipline.

It fits so well with the theme of this show I cannot wait for this collaboration and bring this to stage. "

Len Blanco is an ex-boyband heartthrob and the drag king of your dreams, if your dreams are recurring nightmares about a desperate Welshman with a bad moustache, a questionable intellect and a deafening back catalogue of s**t pop. This washed up frontman is here to tell you what's what (you're welcome) and sing a sweet serenade just for you, girl. Wink.
