A gentle approach to a wonderful week of yoga and self care in Morocco.
3 hours of yoga daily, taught by ,
interspersed with swimming, treatments, face yoga, facial Gua Sha, Lymphatic brushing using and making face masks using local ingredients.

Monday workshop.
💫 We made an organic oil-to-milk cleansing balm.
💫 This balm is applied to the face dry and can be massaged into the skin for a few minutes or you can do a double-cleanse and second time, leave the balm on for 15 minutes as a mask so the rich ingredients can benefit the skin for longer.
Then remove with warm water and a cloth.
💫 The ladies were presented with 8 essential oils to choose from. The citrus oils were the most popular and together we chose Grapefruit, Lemon & Orange, ( all uplifting ‘happy’ oils), calming, soothing Palmarosa and hormone balancing Geranium.
💫 Adding a plant-based emulsifier to the blend makes it easier to remove, turning the balm slightly milky when water is added.
💫 Shea, cocoa & mango butters were melted and blended with camellia seed, jojoba, sunflower and caster oils, with Vitamin E added for its antioxidant benefits.
I know we are almost half way through the year, but my busy schedule has left my paper diary feeling tatty. Felt the need for something new, clean and organised to keep me focused for the second half!

☀️ If you don’t have a tool, use your hands and some facial oil!
☀️ So many people have a Gua Sha tool lurking in a drawer. It isn’t going to benefit your skin in there!

Laura had been coming to me for reflexology treatments for several years. She decided to try The Fusion Facial to help address her changing skin needs.
