Been to Excel London today. Which is styled as a showcase for the future of fitness, recovery and wellbeing. Some good stuff there. Always a pleasure to see Mr Motivator. There was a chair that vibrated and some cryo-pods which I don’t really get. I did like the hang challenge and was happy with being in 2nd place until this guy came along and clocked 4 mins without really trying - must be because he took his shoes off. Most impressive was the wildflower planting around the Tower of London which I saw on my way home.

Great Natural Fitness session today. We worked on improving strength and stability by carrying weights at different heights over narrow surfaces. Well done everyone. Difficult to get good photos when I’m focussed on what we’re doing but came away with these. We’re back on the 4th July.

This Saturday 13 June we bring Natural Fitness to Peckham Rye Park. Come and give your body the movements its been craving and help yourself to some mood boosting nature in a supportive group setting. There's more info on my website but feel free to message me too.

Tomorrow Thursday 7 May we have a chance to change the trajectory and choose hope. Joe and I did our annual clean up of the beds on our street today. He’s great at getting into the small gaps in the bushes.

I am striding for Gaza in aid of Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

I will be completing 98km when I run the Maverick Jurrasic Coast event on the 18th October, virtually following the displacement journey of one of MAP's Palestinian colleagues in Gaza. I am taking part to serve as a powerful reminder to keep doing my part to help Palestinians.

My man Tony here is about to undertake something extraordinary. For 10 days he’s going to be running 100 miles per day to beat the world record for 1000 miles which has stood since 1988. But get this. He’s doing it around the Crystal Palace athletics track Barefoot. He’s ready I just helped with a little tune up today. It all starts with a bit of a party on Saturday 6th. Bring good vibes.
