There are many ways you can cut your fringe, if you want it a little more choppy, point your scissors upwards and snip into the fringe, I can't stress how important it is to have professional hair scissors, it makes all the difference.... so put those kitchen knifes away 😉

This what hairdressers wish they could say when a client tells them they can do DIY colour at home... personally I think its best just to be honest.

1. A Skoda is no a Ferrari - a box dye is not a professional colour 🤓

2. Marketing and advertising can make home hair colour seem simple, but hair colour is a chemical change to the hair and the results can be unpredictable. 😱

3. Dying hair with a box dye is like a lucky dip because you don't know what you're going to get. 🤔

Think of a colourist like an artist - we have a creative eye! 🕵️‍♀️

You're Not Using a Nozzle

That attachment that came with your blow dryer when you bought it, and that you conveniently tucked under your bathroom sink never to be seen again, If you don't use it, it just sprays the hair with heat all over, It won't be concentrated on the cuticle and you won't get that smooth look.
Remember always to use the nozzle and point the hairdryer down the hair shaft, finishing off pressing the cool button to hold the hair or style.
